This new Dremel 4300 has three excellent improvements: 0.2 amps stronger, LED light in front, and Chuckless collet so you don't need a wrench to add attachments to spindle. We would recommend considering a 575 Right Angle attachment to offset it from tool diameter when cutting tile. This kit includes the Dremel 4300 tool with nine attachments (the 225-01 flex shaft is included as one of the attachments) and 64 accessories. The flex shaft is indeed the same as the additional one with the kit. The model number is to show how many attachments are included, and unfortunately, you can only use one attachment at a time for them to fit safely. The 335-01 plunge router is compatible with the 4300 Dremel high-speed rotary tool.
