The lights are dimmable and controlled through the Tuya Smart app or with voice commands through Alexa or Google Assistant. The LED lights have over 2 inches of space between each light and are all one color at a time, but can flash, fade, or change colors. These lights require a maximum of 12 watts for 50 feet and 24 watts for 100 feet. They are sold in 50-foot strands and can be connected to another strand with a connector. Unfortunately, this set does not come with mounts, and the strips stick to the wall like a sticker, which can cause the apartment paint to peel. Some customers have also reported defective or malfunctioning sets with connectivity issues.
