The sheath that comes with it is hard molded nylon and doesn't have an attachment for a belt. Users should take care not to hit rocks with the blade. A few users received the product with rust spots and had to clean it up or return it. SOG products are made in China, and the ax blade is made of heat treatable stainless steel, which holds its edge well.
