- The hot/cold therapy pack by active wrap can be heated in the microwave for a soothing warm experience, or put in the freezer for a cold therapy experience. These packs were designed with a special gel that does not freeze or harden. The gel does not migrate, which eliminates flat spots and constant re-adjustment. These hot/cold therapy packs can be used alone or alongside the Active Wrap shoulder, knee and back wraps.
