The fan has a mechanical oscillation, and range of oscillation is solid. The fan is sturdy, and the base is stable, but the height is not adjustable, and the neck is weak and falls down. It has two speeds, but the difference is negligible, and the fan is loud, so it might not be suitable for indoor use. The fan is made in China.
