Despite its claim of being expandable, the product fails to deliver its promise as it is missing represented by the video. Customers have reported that the craftsmanship is poor and uses bad quality wood with screws not installed properly. Assembling the fence can be problematic, as the stands are predrilled but not the caps, which can cause the wood to crack when attaching them together. However, the fence serves its purpose when used for indoors or as a simple gate that stands alone. Customers found the gate easy to move around and adjust to their needs. But, when used outdoors, the fence is not sturdy and easily blows over with a little bit of wind. In addition, the flimsy wood can be chewed up easily by dogs. The Tonchean 2 Pack Expandable Wood Garden Fence is not worth the price and customers would be better off buying trellis and cutting it to size.
