Does the cylinder burr come in different sizes (larger)?
Answer: No, this is the only size available in 1/4" Shaft. -
Question:
Will the original coarse burr work for cutting/grinding M42?
Answer: The Kutzall burrs are made for wood and other non-metals but are not recommended for grinding steel or other harder materials like M42 tool steel. -
Question:
Will this work for dremel?
Answer: Yes, it works fine with a dremel. -
Question:
Can this be used in a 1/4 inch drill? Need to shave down a small tree root.
Answer: Kutzall burrs are usable at drill speeds, but the best performance will come when operating between 10,000 - 25,000 RPM. -
Question:
Is the diameter to the outside of the teeth? Will this grind a flat surface on a diecast license plate frame (pot metal)?
Answer: The diameters are base dimensions, the Extreme coating adds approximately .164". We do not recommend using them on metals. -
Question:
Can this be used for hardened epoxy resin?
Answer: Yes, they should work well on epoxy. -
Question:
Can it be used on Fordom flex shaft?
Answer: Yes, they are commonly used in a Foredom Flex Shaft with a 1/4" collet or adjustable chuck.
