This general-purpose level transmitter offers continuous level measurement up to 18.0’ (5.5m) with a 4-20 mA signal output, making it ideal for day tanks, skids, sumps, and process tanks. Configured via our free Webcal software, the DL34-01 level transmitter features 4 programmable relays with selectable hysteresis and fail-safe logic. With an embedded level controller, this non-contact liquid level sensor can replace your external control hardware, reducing your overall cost. It's perfect for use with corrosive, sticky or dirty liquids, and is widely selected for its accuracy and reliability. The Flowline DL34-01 offers an accuracy of +/- 0.2 percent of range, a resolution of 0.079 (2mm), and a dead band of 8 (20cm).
It also has a beam width of 3 (7.6cm) and a loop resistance of 400O maximum. The level transmitter's signal output is a 4-20 mA, two-wire system with selectable signal invert, fail-safe, and contact type. Plus, it includes (4) SPST relays with a contact rating of 60 VA, 1A maximum. The level transmitter is encased in Type 6P polycarbonate material that's encapsulated, corrosion-resistant, and submersible, while the trans.
material is PVDF. The cable jacket material is made of polyurethane and has a cable length of 48 (1.2m). The DL34-01 level transmitter operates at a process temperature of F: 20 to 140 degrees, C: -7 to 60 degrees, with automatic temperature compensation.
