Anime Editorial Review
**** The "Kite Remastered" collection, featuring both "Kite" and its sequel "Kite Liberator," receives a generally favorable reception, especially among devoted anime enthusiasts. Reviewers highlight the strong animation quality and engaging narrative, complemented by well-executed action sequences, which are characteristic of many Japanese anime productions. The storyline revolves around the titularized young woman, Kite, who is trained as an assassin and represents complex themes that may not be suitable for younger audiences. The collection is commended not only for its visual aspects but also for its artwork and dialogue, which some fans deem solid, albeit not revolutionary. Although there were some comments regarding a misunderstanding related to the DVD's content—specifically concerning the uncensored version—customers noted excellent and responsive customer service in addressing these concerns. While the second film is critiqued for its abrupt ending, many reaffirm that the combined viewing experience is worth it, particularly for hardcore anime fans. Overall, it is seen as a good set of movies that stands out for its engaging approach to storytelling filled with mature themes and graphic content. **
