The product looks exactly like the factory holders at a fraction of the cost. It works well and is an excellent product. Delivery is quick and the vendor is great. However, some customers experienced problems with the screws that either stick out too far, crossthread or strip easily. Also, some customers had a hard time inserting the caddies into the server bays as they were a touch too wide. Despite some issues, the product still works perfectly for most customers.
