Format: Paperback Editorial Review
'Four Thousand Weeks: Time and How to Use It' by Oliver Burkeman is a book that offers a practical and philosophical view of time management. While some readers were expecting another book on time management, they found this book to be refreshing, as it focuses on embracing cosmic insignificance and doing less while appreciating more. The book offers practical suggestions that can help people be meaningfully productive without falling into the efficiency trap. Readers have found Burkeman's arguments to be insightful and relatable. Some readers felt that the book drags on and that the author misses the point that people are trying to put their lives in order because they have a finite amount of time. Despite the mixed reviews, the majority of readers have found the book to be helpful in approaching how to spend time in a healthy and productive way.
