The Klutch 2-Tier Welding Cart with Locking Cabinet is a serviceable cart that fills the niche between small economy carts with no enclosed cabinet space and larger, much more expensive carts with Considerable enclosed storage options. The textured/crinkly black enamel finish looks like it will hold up to hobbyist/barn usage. Although the Construction is reasonably sturdy when assembled, the cart is WAY too dependent on bolted fasteners for assembly which made it time-Consuming to assemble. The assembly instructions are unclear on the use of washers and lock-washers in assembly, and there are no pictures showing assembly other than an exploded diagram indicating parts numbers for individual components. The packaging is also not secure enough to survive delivery. Overall, it is a good value purchase with better features than the other mid-range carts available.
