Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the adapters plug into the cable were shorted, rendering the cable useless. Another customer tried different connectors from the set but none of them worked. It is worth noting that they were able to use the same power source with a different cable from a different set, indicating that the issue lies with this particular product. In terms of compatibility, it is recommended to use this cable with a USB-C charging adapter that supports PD 3.0 and supplies up to at least 100W on its USB-C port. It is important to note that no cable can provide more power than the total rated output of all ports or exceed the rated output of any individual port. On a positive note, some customers found that the tips included with the device fit various electronics they tested them on. However, when it came to charging, there were mixed results. One customer reported that their laptop indicated it was charging, but the battery level never changed despite being plugged in for hours.
