Hi. i am trying to eat foods eaten by the japanese. can you tell me how rice cakes are prepared/eaten?
Answer: I usually use my toaster oven at 350C ish to warm up until it gets softer. I like sweeter, so soy sauce and sugar mixture is the one I use to dip. Other dish I make is soups. you can put cooked Mochi in the soup, such as vegetable or fish soup. It would be like wonton. Don’t cook in the soup too long as it started to melt. -
