"Mode A" DOES NOT USE pins: 4,5,7,8. And it also does "Mode A and B" (802.3bt) which uses POE Pins:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 AND Data (Gigabit) on pins:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. This injector detects compatibility and provides the correct POE type.
