It is noted that a single person can assemble the unit, but it takes two individuals to mount it, which only takes a few minutes. The awning extends approximately 93 inches when fully extended and the crank can only be placed on the left side. It is important to note that normal winds of 12mph have caused some issues for this awning, with instances of breakage and sagging in the center that prevents water from properly flowing off. Some buyers have faced challenges with the width of the awning not matching the advertised size, leading to gaps on both ends.
