The Everest & Jennings Transport Wheelchair features a strong steel frame, 19" seat and has a weight capacity of 250 pounds. It is extremely manoeuvrable, light and when folded down, it becomes a compact square shape that's super easy to get in and out of a car or trunk. The top part of the backrest can be folded down, but it can't be removed. This is a great transport chair that is affordable and perfect for tight spaces, such as bathrooms or car trunks. However, as it is a transport chair, it should be noted that the brakes need to be set and unset by someone else, which may not be ideal for those who are capable of getting out of the chair on their own.
