Answer: If your drill is from the Power X-Change range then yes the battery should be compatible. -

Answer: You may be able to acquire one from the manufacturer or a reputable spare parts firm online. -

How do you put the handle onto the CH 1855/1 L as it's bigger and can't pull it out to fit onto it?
Answer: Sorry, I don’t think you can do that. It only fits one blade and that is fixed. -

Some comments suggest that if the Einhell battery runs completely flat or if unused over winter it will not charge up. Is this true?
Answer: I don't think so. Many times my battery runs flat and I recharged it successfully. Also, when not in use over the winter it recharged normally when I want to use it. -

Does the weight of 2.3kg include the battery?
Answer: Using my bathroom scales, it would appear that the weight of 2.3kg does include the battery, but how accurate my scales are may be questionable. -

Which country are these made in?
Answer: I believe this is a German brand; however, I'm not sure where the product is actually manufactured. -
Question:
Can I use the Einhell 18v 3 amp hour battery?
Answer: Yes, that's the battery I have, lasts for at least 2hrs cutting.
