  • Question: Is the product suitable for both freshwater and saltwater?

    Answer: Yes, this product is ideal for both freshwater and saltwater aquatic environments.
  • Question: Will it work on a Windows 10 smartphone?

    Answer: Windows phones probably haven't got access to the app. Unless you can find an iPhone or Android simulator to run it. Might be time for a change of phone, or grab a cheap android one just for your tanks!
  • Question: Can you use this on marine salt water or is one for my marine aquarium?

    Answer: It says it’s for freshwater on the box. I think you need a different kit for marine!
  • Question: Is there no ammonia test on this?

    Answer: No, there isn't.
  • Question: Will the app allow you to save data from multiple tanks simultaneously? I have 4 tropicals plus a quarantine tank I'd like to chart.

    Answer: Yes, you can. With the Android app, I have 9 tanks saved and track the results for each individually.
  • Question: Is this good for warm water aquarium?

    Answer: Yes, it is. I use mine on a discus tank that runs at around 28/29 degrees.
  • Question: Does the JBL Pro Scan recharge refill come with a color chart, or is it only the JBL Proscan water analysis box that has the color chart?

    Answer: The refill has no color chart. It’s the sticks only! Hope that helps.
  • Question: How many test strips?

    Answer: 24.
  • Question: How many strips are in the pack?

    Answer: 24 analysis strips.
  • Question: Is there an ammonia version?

    Answer: It reads everything.
  • Question: What is the expiry date of this product?

    Answer: I’m not the seller.
