DMQ Astringents & Toners Editorial Review
The Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution is offering mixed experiences among customers. On the positive side, some users have noted a pleasant scent and observed positive changes in their skin, indicating that the product effectively delivers on its promise to improve skin texture and hydration. However, there is significant disappointment from a number of customers who expected the product to be from "The Ordinary" brand, only to realize that they had accidentally purchased a different, lower-quality imitation. This has led to feelings of dissatisfaction and confusion for those who were seeking the original formulation. Overall, while the toner may indeed work well for some users, its reception is marred by issues related to brand identity and authenticity, leading to a lack of trust among a segment of the buyers. **
